Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical/maintenance operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks, train, and mentor team members
• Proficient in technical work planning (daily, weekly, and monthly schedules).
• In-depth understanding of HSE procedures and responsible for managing Permits to Work
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills for Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
• Experienced in material/spare parts management and coordinating with vendors & departments.
• Excellent communication, administrative verification, and operational decision-making skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang

Job Descriptions:
