Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and other related engineering fields
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a site/base operational environment.
• Able to respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or operational issues.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for reporting and communication purposes.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
