Qualifications :
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Administration, Management, Hospitality or related field.
- Min. 1 - 3 years of General Affairs, Administration, Reception or Facilities support.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, service-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) ability to maintain trackers and database.
- Familiarity with SAP PR/PO/GR process is a plus.

Job Description :
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for office services (pantry, office supplies, fleet, preventive maintenance, fire system, AC).
- Ensures accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the company’s owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.
- Works with the relevant stakeholders to develop and manage sustainability opportunities to support the company’s 2030 sustainability goals.
- Overseas and doing coordination to Landlord related to building facilities and all maintenance.
- Welcoming and assisting guests, doing administration work including filing.
- Preparing trackers for RE and facilities related, PR and GR processes.
- Work with HSE to ensure compliance with local regulations and company regulations .
