Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or Related
• Min. 10 Years of Experience in Human Resources, with 5 years in managerial role
• Hold relevant HR Certification (BNSP)
• Advanced in Indonesian Labor laws and regulation, including PPH21 and Industrial Relation
• Strong Understanding of HR Strategy, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, General Affairs
• Experienced managing Employee Performance Indicator (KPI)
• English Proficient is a must
• Experienced in Shipyard or construction industry will be preferred
