Qualifications:

• D3 - S1 or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as HSE, prefererably in construction, Manufacturing or energy/electrical sector.
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum from Kemnaker (can be verified by Teman K3).
• Has attended 1st Aider training.
• Has attend Basic Fire Fighting training.
• Expertise in applying best practice HSE in following skills: Lifting Operations, Working at Heights, Electrical, Civil work & Confined space.
• Familiar with ISO 45001 & 14001 standards & implementation on site level.
• Able to communicate efectively and deliver training to all worker level for HSE implementation.
• Good leadership to manage subcontractor at site.
• Familiar with MS Office applications & able to read & write reports in English.
