Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support / IT Helpdesk.
- Strong understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) and able to perform network troubleshooting (internet connectivity, IP conflicts, etc).
- Experience in printer setup and troubleshooting (local and network printers).
- Familiar with NAS systems (Synology or similar).
- Experience working with MikroTik RouterOS.
- Proficient in installation & configuration of Windows OS, software, and troubleshooting hardware & software issues
- Experience managing corporate email systems (Google Workspace / Outlook).
- Understanding of basic network configurations such as IP Addressing, NAT, Firewall, and bandwidth management.
- Able to work independently, responsive, and possess strong problem solving skills.
