Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law.
• Must have passed the Legal Profession Qualification Exam and hold a valid legal practice certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience. Prior experience in both a reputable law firm and an in-house legal department.
• Team management experience is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in Indonesian commercial law.
• Excellent bilingual (Indonesia & English) skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and communication (working proficiency).
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risks and business objectives.
• Placement in Jakarta
