Qualifications :

Diploma/Bachelor degree in Administration, Management, Hospitality or related field.
Min. 1 - 3 years of General Affairs, Administration, Reception or Facilities support.
Strong coordination and communication skills, service-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) ability to maintain trackers and database.
Familiarity with SAP PR/PO/GR process is a plus.

Job Description :

Coordinate with third-party vendors for office services (pantry, office supplies, fleet, preventive maintenance, fire system, AC).
Ensures accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the company’s owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.
Works with the relevant stakeholders to develop and manage sustainability opportunities to support the company’s 2030 sustainability goals.
Overseas and doing coordination to Landlord related to building facilities and all maintenance.
Welcoming and assisting guests, doing administration work including filing.
Preparing trackers for RE and facilities related, PR and GR processes.
Work with HSE to ensure compliance with local regulations and company regulations .
