Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field requried.
- Min 3 years experience to Service Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of service operations, including technical support and service delivery processes.
- Knowledge of process improvement and optimization principles.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement practices.
- Basic project management and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in SAP, particularly SD and MM modules.
- Ability to generate reports, monitor workflows, and track service performance.
- Basic analytical skills to support reporting and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken).
