Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in related field.
• preferable graduated from AKAMIGAS or Polytechnic
• Min. 2 years experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in English
• Work location: Rumbai and/or Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

• Inspect and count incoming inventory and M&S.
• Verify items against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Record Goods Receipt/Issue in SAP/BlueMM within 24–48 hours.
• Prepare and document stock transfers to Duri and Balikpapan.
• Support warehouse leader in 20-Key audits and layout optimization.
• Segregate and dispose of materials in SAP.
• Conduct monthly 5S audits and cycle/full counts.
• Report stock count results in eFinance and Quest.
• Handle other stock tasks: returns, packing, and labeling.
